As the name signifies, Submersible
Pumps are made to be submersed within a fluid of large volume. These Pumps find
wide application in sectors like agriculture, production of oil and
natural gas, petroleum refining, petrochemicals, power generation,
domestic and household utilities, etc,.
Usually submersible pumps are
classified in two stages viz. Single Stage Pump and Multiple stage
Pump. Actually, these are used to lift or pump-up moderate to high
volume of fluid. These pumps are self priming which do the air
sucking before pumping of liquid and work while being fully submerged
or by placing on a dry area.
Electrical Submersible Pump is
constructed by using five main elements which are Multistage
Centrifugal Pump, 3-Phase Induction Motor, Seal Chamber Section,
Power Cable and Surface Controls and and it is designed in such a way
that it doesn't comes in contact with the
fluid it is pumping hence, no risk of short circuit. The
operation of Submersible Pump is completely based on the principle of
force and pressure. When the impeller rotates at the high speed, it
exerts the kinetic energy which is then sent to the diffuser where
this kinetic energy gets converted into pressure. This pressure
pushes the fluid to enter into the pipe and then drained out through
the outlet of the pump.

Grinder Submersible Pump : These
type of Pumps are used for processing the waste water by grinding and
reducing the sewage particles. Grinder Submersible Pump is generally
used in waste water plant.

Waste-Water
Systems
Submersible pumps are utilized within
the waste-water treatment plant in circumstances where gravity stream
